The sporty Spartan. Although this breed of traveller does like to take in the occasional treatment, you should be careful not to confuse them with the contented luxuriant. This type is more likely to take the seaweed wraps in an altogether more literal sense, in the bracing wild outdoors, with locally sourced mud masks. There’s no need for a soft mattress, when harder beds are better for the back & you are going to be up at the crack of dawn for mountain climbing, followed by a bracing dip in the icy plunge pool to get the circulation flowing.
