I’m not catching your meaning they aren’t 2 feet separated? Once upon a time (mid 1990’s) I was on the National Frame Builders Association (NFBA) Board of Directors. One of my individual board individuals from the Midwest needed to take a look at how shaft outbuildings were built in the West, so I welcomed him out for a visit. Subsequent to going through a day taking a gander at a few of our structure extends, his remark to me was, “The examiners in our general vicinity could never let a shaft building be built with rooftop brackets set each 12 feet.” After twenty years, I don’t think so.
