This a full time home based position responsible to market & sell his or her services utilizing specialized job searching tools like networking, cover letters, thank you letters, resume, cold calling, & face to face interviews within the assigned territory and targeted industries in order to get the respective job. In addition this position will be responsible to generate designated amount of additional leads & communicating it to other unemployed personnel within the network. The position will be abolished as soon as the job is acquired.Research and identify target companies & customers (prospective employers & relevant recruiters).Determine priorities and strategies and develop a plan for implementing those strategies.
Design & develop effective letters & resumes as per the needs/requirements.Send 10-20 cover letters and resumes per working day during the whole unemployment period (can also work on days- off and holidays).Secure & maintain at least 10% interview rate till job acquisition.Appear in the job interviews as and when required, effectively articulate CAR Stories, give professional presentations & successfully negotiate the deal.Employ telephone selling techniques and strategies.Take networking initiatives, utilize proven techniques to develop & grow the network continuously.Attend all related job fairs within the assigned territory on a regular basis.Gather market intelligence and be vigilant of the competitive activities.Prepare & submit daily report of activities to unemployment departmental head i.e. self and maintain the records on paper & electronically.Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/6448014
