Which Vegas Hotels ? Luxor & Monte Carlo?

The mid-range Vegas hotels are the most popular choices: the won’t break your bank account & they will still provide comfort & all the amenities you expect from a Vegas resort. What’s better for you will really depend on how old you are & what you really want from your Vegas resort. I will therefore try & categorize each choice, hopefully it’ll be helpful: If you are in your twenties, you travel alone, with a friend or in a group, Luxor Vegas may be best for you for the following reasons: 1 – The rooms are really nice and, if you book the tower rooms, very large, especially the corner ones. Last time we checked they didn’t have LCD screens, however, which was a real downside for us (but then if you are in Vegas you may not care about TV). 2 – The nightlife is a lot more vibrant at Luxor than at Monte Carlo, especially if you seek a ‘young’ vibe 3 – The pool area is nicer & larger. The Jacuzzi areas are extremely busy & vibrant; the downside is that there are some really annoying, older, cigar-smoking ‘dudes’ trying to impress young girls with free champagne in a very irritating manner.

But you may not care about that at all J 4 – Luxor does have some shows that some find really interesting. However, one can go pretty much anywhere for a Show, staying in one’s resort 24/7 is probably hot a good idea anyway. 5 – It looks nicer in general, especially the entrance. DOWN SIDE: the location is much worse than Monte Carlo’s, being South Strip & the casino is awful (but Monte Carlo’s casino is not much better). During the evenings it can also get really noisy throughout, especially in the Pyramid area, and extremely smoke-filled. Monte Carlo is more suitable for families or single travellers/groups seeking a quieter place. I choose Monte Carlo when I travel alone & I want a cheap, clean resort strategically placed in the mid-Strip area. I think their beds are also softer, incidentally! Monte Carlo’s location is really better, but if you want to stay in your resort most of the time, Luxor (especially for the younger crowds) is a better choice. Other factors for any Vegas hotel choice may also be the type of nightclubs they host, the casinos they have, the restaurants, the pools, the spas, the gyms & so on. Learning which set of facilities suits you best will ensure the perfect choice for your Vegas vacation. Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/6771485
