My wife Tasneem & I stayed in the Jumeirah Beach Hotels in Dubai for a period of Twelve days on our honeymoon. We arrived at Dubai International Airport Terminal 1, & were quickly transferred to the hotel by the airport transfer service that we had booked online. Upon check-in we were served chilled orange juice & warm wet towels that were lovely & refreshingly pleasant. The staff quickly escorted us to our suite on the 20th floor, which had a perfect view of the 7 star luxury hotel Burj-al-Arab & the ocean.
One of the elevators moved slowly, but it had the view of the ocean, so it was worth the slow move up & down. Every room has beautiful views of the Marina & The Burj Al-Arab Hotel. Lying on your bed looking out at the changing colors of the Burj Dubai Hotel at night is an experience in itself. The room service, reception & concierge were excellent & were very helpful. Guess the staff must be undergoing a rigorous & continuous training program in delightful customer service.
